Can't receive a confirmation code to my phone

Dear SBB team,

I am trying to do an online identity check to buy a seven25 ticket. I saw the same problem here.

There you're stating that "You need a Swiss telephone number to be able to do the ID check process online. " but I don't have a Swiss number and I have friends who don't have a Swiss number yet they were able to receive a confirmation code. How can I fix this problem?
