Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
My wife has to use a cane, and cannot walk quickly. We are concerned about short connection times. Does SBB provide assistance to passengers with mobility issues?
thank you for your request.
We have a Help Desk for people with reduced mobility. You can find the information here:

I hope I have answered your question and wish you a good day.

The link you gave me did not work. I tried several times, but got a page on your site "Error 404 page not found." I was able to navigate your site myself and found some information for passengers who use wheelchairs or are walking impaired. My wife does not need the lift described. For her it is simply a matter of not being able to walk quickly with her cane.
Since our concern is short connection times, it could be more helpful how to find connection information quickly--which track, etc so we don't waste time trying to find out where we need to go.
Thanks for your help.
Hi @BrendaJennings
You can plan your journeys under www.sbb.ch/en.
To see the detailed information of a timetable, please click on it or choose the "+" sign on the right side. You can also use the "advanced search" function to define a personal changeover time if you need more time.
Kind regards
