I am trying to obtain the 500.- discount for the AG, call center tell me to go to aphysical desk, physical desk told me to go to cff.ch/dialogueclientele and told me "you will see", I don't see. How and where exactly to ask for it?
This is a campaign in which only selected customers were contacted. For this reason, you can't actually ask for the discount. There are always different campaigns, recipients which are determined by (Alliance SwissPass) marketing.
Also in customer service we are obliged to adhere to the specifications.
