I have booked a first class ticket from Brig to Milano Centrale, and reserved two seats. I have just received the tickets via email and noticed that we are sitting next to the window, though there are two seats right next to us. The seats that we have been given are 95 and 96 on the 37 EC train, we don't want to be paying extra money for first class, to be seated next to other people. We would like to be alone, on the other side of the train next to the window. Please help us change our seats.
