A clean sweep: report faults and dirt quickly and easily.

Seat cushion damaged? Power socket not working? Faulty ticket machine or departure board? The new “Report fault” feature lets you report faults and dirt on trains and in stations quickly and easily in just a few clicks using your smartphone. The camera on your Android mobile will recognise the coach or ticket machine number automatically. Try it out and help make SBB cleaner and better every day.

Once a report has been received, it is passed on to the relevant team, who will do their utmost to fix the problem so that you, the customer, can enjoy clean stations and trains in perfect condition.

After a four-month pilot phase, we’ll be evaluating the feedback and input from the Preview Community on the feature and deciding whether to incorporate it into the SBB Mobile app.
