SBB has put together the content for this area on SBB.ch using the large amount of questions and feedback we receive from passengers. The aim is for people to be able to find answers to their questions very easily and without having to wait – at any time, and in any place.

This is what the home page looks like:

Hilfe-_und_Kontaktbereich_EN.PNG

If you have a problem or a question, you’ll find step-by-step instructions and answers to the most frequently asked questions about SBB products and services in one central location. If the instructions don’t help you either, you’ll find contact options for the topic in question at the end of each page, e.g. a telephone number, contact form or chat tool.

What’s more, right at the bottom of each FAQ page, you can let SBB know whether the information was useful or not.
