Pass Information continually lost

Three or four times my pass information has been lost from the app.  This means my tickets are not calculated correctly.  I think that one occasion was on updating the app, but that can not have been the only reason.  If the system can save my other details (name etc.) through an update, it MUST save pass details as well.  Information needs to be stable for trust in the app.  If that cannot be achieved, the app must prompt "after update please re-enter your pass details".  My pass is the Zurich 9 hour pass and I manually enter the zones (which seems a bit clunky when the zones are pre-defined).
