Trips not recorded under past trips when using EasyRide

I've tried EasyRide twice now and it seems to be working great! I like the idea.

I have one problem though is that trips I make with EasyRide do not show under Trips and Tickets in past trips. When I get the email receipt, it says

"You can find all the details of your journeys in the app under "Past Journeys".

Issues or Feedback:
- Do you have an ISSUE WITH YOUR JOURNEY? Please open the App and search for the specific journey in your journey history. You can report your issue about the journey directly in the App."

But I cannot find the trip anywhere in the app.
