The travel cockpit is not detecting or registering my journeys despite my location services being fully activated.

The new version of Mobile Preview is v8.0.0. The update has fixed a lot of problems.

If the problem persists we need the following technical information by E-Mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch

  • Mobile phone maker (Samsung, Nokia, Apple, etc.):
  • Mobile phone model (Galaxy S5, Lumia 900, iPhone 6, etc.):
  • What operating system (including its version) is running on your mobile phone?:
  • Which version of SBB Mobile Preview is installed on your mobile phone?:
