Can‘t buy tickets with SBB Business app.

I select connection, then ‚Fare/buy‘, then I get the error.

 

OT: Provide the possibility to select through the devices, OS, etc. here in the support form... Or even better enable bug reporting from the app.

 

OS: iOS 12.1
