Swiss Mobile Pass is showing as expired even when internet connection is established.

Dieses Problem habe ich seit gestern auch, obwohl 4G und/oder WiFi-Verbindung vorhanden ist. Anstatt QR-Code erscheint: SwissPass Mobile expired. As soon as an online connection is established it will be updated automatically.

If something does not work optimally with the SwissPass display in the Preview App, it is necessary to look at the technical data of the SwissPass card. This is a private matter which cannot be dealt with here in the community for data protection reasons.

Please contact us by E-Mail: ticketshop@sbb.ch and provide the following information:

  • Mobile phone maker (Samsung, Nokia, Apple, etc.):
  • Mobile phone model (Galaxy S5, Lumia 900, iPhone 6, etc.):
  • What operating system (including its version) is running on your mobile phone?:
  • Which version of SBB Mobile Preview is installed on your mobile phone?:
  • Screenshots of the error message or misbehaviour
  • Client number xxx-xxx-xxx-x
  • Username SwissPass-Login
