Error in payment

I've purchased the Zurich Card through this website, but after the window with payment had closed, a message with error appeared and no information and no confirmation was sent to my email. Yet, i can see that the payment was successfull and i  was charged 27CHF. What should I do now?

i had problem with my nordstrom card. so i simply contacted them and reached there...

You should contact mynordstrom timecard support so they fix it in no time.... i would prefer that..
