This error can happen due to one of the following problems:

- by scrolling in the app
- if the timtable is shortly unavailable
- temporary technical problem

If the problem persists, please submit us a screenshot and let us know the following detail:
- Mobile phone model (Galaxy S5, Lumia 900, iPhone 6, etc.):
- What operating system (including its version) is running on your mobile phone?:
- Which version of SBB Mobile is installed on your mobile phone?:
