App not working

All data lost, probably with update? Even though connected with swisspass, I cannot chose 1/2 fare tickets anymore. Info that I used to pay with fingerprint also lost.

In exceptional cases, you may be logged out during an update and certain settings may be lost. We are sorry for this.

You can change the reduction in the step “Ticket Option“. Please click on “Edit travelers“.

The reduced price is not automatically calculated even if the SwissPass is registered in the app SBB Mobile.
