App not starting

SBB app v7.3.1 doesn't start, as soon as launched it turns off again. It's a Samsung S8+ with most current Android updates. Have restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app twice, same result

What operating system (including its version) is running on your mobile phone?
Which version of SBB Mobile is installed on your mobile phone?
