Eve travels by train almost every day and as a commuter she knows pretty much all the tips and tricks of the public transport system. But what she didn’t yet know: reporting problems, defects or dirt to SBB directly is so easy. She is happy she can report that the toilet flush no longer works on the train. And SBB is happy to have passengers like Eve. Thanks to her the problem can be identified and resolved within a short time frame.
