For reasons of data protection, we will no longer offer the login to the SBB Community with Facebook login. In future, you will only be able to log in to the SBB Community with a SwissPass login.
So that you can continue to actively use the SBB Community, you can find the instructions for creating a SwissPass login here:
Have you logged in to the community with your Facebook login so far? Then you need to link your existing SBB Community account to your SwissPass login. To do this, click on “Login" at the top right of the SBB Community website. In the pop-up, you will see the information that the login via Facebook will be discontinued.
If you already have a SwissPass login (for example, because you have a public transport pass), then sign in with your SwissPass login.
If you don't have a SwissPass login yet, then select "Register for the SwissPass". By the way, you don't need a public transport pass to register.
You will be taken to the SwissPass page so that you can register according to the instructions. After the last step of the SwissPass registration process (enter email verification code), you will then be redirected to this SBB Community page. There you click on the button "Link to an existing Facebook account" to start the linking process.
As the last step, you need to enter the email address you have registered with your Facebook account. Before the link becomes effective, your account must be verified. You will receive an email from SBB Community. If you have not received the mail, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
