You cannot deposit the seven25 subscription. If you wish to return your seven25 annual subscription within the validity period, you can have it refunded at public transport sales points or by calling the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.). The refund is calculated as a percentage of the number of days used. A deductible will also be charged. (You cannot return the seven25 monthly subscription). A deposit/pause is only possible with a GA travelcard.
