what should i do to deduct ticket fare from alternate payment method added , when the first payment method failed.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Go to the "Means of payment" tab under the settings. There you have the option of removing or adding the means of payment.

If you want to ask for a refund of the easy ride ticket, please go on the SBB Mobile App and click on the top left side the 3 white dashes. Then click „Help and Feedback“ and the reason „EasyRide“. You can ask for a refund there and send them the other purchased ticket too or write them the order number of the new purchased ticket so they will see that you paid twice.
