Hello, i want to complete my compensation form.
The form is asking my IBAN code. But our country uses SWIFT code. We don't use IBAN code.
Sadly i can't fill out my compensation form.
Do you know what i need to do, sir?

For payments from abroad we have the following 2 accounts:
Postal account / PostFinance
IBAN: CH39 0900 0000 3000 5691 6
BIC: POFICHBEXXX
Bank account / UBS AG Zurich
IBAN: CH58 0023 0230 9073 4525 0
BIC: UBSWCHZH80A
Important: These account details are for foreign payments only. For the payee you have to enter "Schweizerische Bundesbahn AG - Personenverkehr - 3000 Bern 65". As reason for payment you have to enter the customer number and debtor number, so that the payment can be assigned.

Thank you,mam! But I want to receive the compensation. My train was late. and I couldn't ride my next train, I'm filling in the compensation form. The form is asking the IBAN code for me to receive the compenstion.
But my counrtry(South Korea) only uses SWIFT code.So I can't complete the form, and can not go next step. Please tell me what I need to do, mam?
