Unused pass transfer or reimbursement

Dear responsible person, I bought myself a pass that is valid in few regions and which you need to activate per use. I had 107 use of the pass that is valid until the end of 2023. Recently I needed a GA therefore I bought it and now the pass I have is not useful anymore as I have GA. However, I have already paid for my other pass and I do not want it to be wasted. Is that possible to get a reimbursement for the the other pass (I have around 80 uses left) or transfer the pass to someone else? Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

I don‘t know an abonnement from SBB which has a Pass for 80 days or 107 days. What is the right name of the Pass?

Please contact the company where you bought this pass and tell them that you bought a General season abonnement.
