Train never arrived at the station

Dear SBB Team,

I was planning to travel from Milan to Zurich, HB on 28.05.23. I bough the ticket from Milano Central to Milano Lombarte and from there to Chiasso. I was able to board the train from central to Lombarte but at Lombarte the other train never arrived. I asked the ticket counter, and they said it does not come here. My train was expected to leave around 9.02 I was waiting there until 10 pm to see if the train might arrive but it never did.

Hi @msb_psa 

Could you please provide more information (for example the exact intinerary or train numbers)? The direct train from Milan to Zurich always departs from Milan Central station.

The train details are as follows:

Milano Centrale to Milano Lambrate on 27.5 at 20.25 to 20.31 via train R 3041 Regio
Then from Milano Lambrate to Chiasso on 27.5 at 21.00 via train EC 326 Eurocity GP FZ BZ RZ R
