I had a Halbtax and I accidentally resigned it without realizing that I can't reactivate it at the same price. Now, instead of paying 160 chf as it should be, I have to pay the full amount of 185 chf. How can I reactivate the previous offer. Is there an offer for this issue? Because I have a car, I don't use ÖV so often and it's not profitable for me to pay the full amount. Can you help me?
