Hallo und willkommen in der SBB Community. Was möchtest du tun?
I have accidentally bought a Friend Day Pass for the wrong day and in a minute requested a refund. In SBB app shows that the refund has been requested but almost a week had passed and nothing had been refunded.
I also described the problem on the SBB website and they have replied that they'll answer in 4 hours but already 32 hours had passed.
80 CHF is not something you would like to throw away so how better to remind them or what to do else?

I would like to inform you that we also have an English community. Maybe someone has the same question and could follow the topic. I ask you next time simply to change the page language to English.
For refund requests, the date of submission of the form will be taken into account. At the moment we receive a lot of requests regarding refunds, travel national and international (mostly groups). The answer may therefore be delayed. As my colleague has already written, you can call us to get an immediate answer.

Maybe I didn't get it right but it's not the urgency – it's SBB answer (and then responsibility) to write back in time specified by them (at least something like "we need more time for your question". Why should I spent more money when company didn't succeed at refunding the previous sum?
