Refund of Supersavor tickets.

Hello! 

A few months ago, I purchased Supersaver tickets(3 people) from Basel to Interlaken Ost. However, I later decided to buy a Swiss Travel Pass instead and requested a refund for the Supersaver ticket. Unfortunately, I was informed by the contact center that the refund process took over 30 minutes (although it actually took about 21 minutes), and they were unable to issue a refund. As a result, my refund request was canceled. However, I have noticed that in the SBB app, my ticket still indicates that a refund has been requested.  I would like to know if there are any issues with using the ticket, and whether the Supersaver ticket is non-refundable even if I have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass.

Unfortunately, thats how supersaver tickets are working. They are non-refundable. in your case, I reccommend you to discuss this with the SBB Contact Center:
