Betreff: Payment error: DTR 1200

I want to book ticket from Basel SBB to interaken ost.

But After entering the card number, I just see the message Authorization error and Error code DTR 1200

I don't know why..so I need your help desperately.

For data protection reasons, we actually have no way of knowing why you cannot pay with your card on our website. As this is not a major problem and other customers have not reported the same problem, please contact your credit card administrator or bank for further clarification.

I advise you to choose another valid payment method to complete your booking with us.

Please call this phone number 0848 44 66 88 they will give you some information regardi g this error code and what you can doing for paying this ticket.
