Não Localizo a passagem que comprei (passagem avulsa sem identificação)

Bom Dia!

No dia 08/06/2023, realizei a compra  antecipada de uma passagem para meu filho, (SBB Admin: Personal data redacted. Reason: public forum) através de meu cartão de crédito. Foi uma compra avulsa, sem identificação, pois não estava conectada com minha conta SBB ainda.

A passagem comprada era para o dia 31/07/2023, embarque em  Zermatt 6:13, com destino a  Milão Centrale, chegada 9:40. Assento Janela.

Informei meu e-mail e os dados do cartão, e a compra foi processada, mas não recebi o bilhete. 

Como faço para obter uma cópia do bilhete comprado avulso?

Good morning!
On 06/08/2023, I purchased a ticket in advance for my son,(SBB Admin: Personal data redacted. Reason: public forum), using my credit card. It was a one-time purchase, without identification, as I was not connected to my SBB account yet.
The ticket purchased was for 07/31/2023, boarding in Zermatt 6:13 am, bound for Milan Centrale, arrival 9:40 am. Window Seat.
I entered my email and card details, and the purchase was processed, but I did not receive the ticket.
How do I get a copy of the ticket purchased?
