I reserved a ticket Interlaken OST-Basel SBB 9:08->11:44 08.Sep.2018 without log in and already paid by credit card.
I got a message from card company that it approved the fee.
But I didn't get e-mail contain the ticket.
Here are some information that I wrote when buy ticket.

You have received neither an order number nor a confirmation e-mail from the SBB. Therefore your credit card was not charged. We recommend the following possibilities:
- place a new booking online using a different PC/web browser
- place a new booking online using another credit card
- for journeys within Switzerland: purchase the ticket using our app SBB Mobile for your smartphone (www.sbb.ch/en/mobile)
- place the booking by phone through the Rail Service under the following telephone number: +41 (0)848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08 per minute)
- purchase the tickets at a SBB railway station in Switzerland
