I have returned a SBB Swiss travel pass on 30.05.2023 and suppose to get a return of 305 CHF. Its more than 10 days however i did not get the return in my card. Its a station purchased ticket and returned on the station itself.
Please look into the issue to solve it urgently.

Sometimes it can take up to 15 days before the money is returned to your payment method. If you have received confirmation of your refund at the station, I recommend that you wait a few days and contact your bank.
Of course, you can always call the number suggested by @uebe for more information. If you call from abroad, you can use the following number: +41 51 225 78 00.

I tried to call the number +41 51 225 78 00. For 7 min a recorded voice is speaking something in German, I did not understand anything. Very Upsating service.
