I accidently booked 3 swiss pass 6 day tickets with the starting date of today but my intent was to set the dates from June 30th to July 5th. These were just booked within the past hour but due to how google translated the page, I didn't see the dates when I booked the passes.
Is there any way to remediate this? I already requested a refund for the tickets.. but if it's easier, the dates can just be switched to the ones requested above.
Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be changed. Since you have already sent a refund request, you will be informed by mail. Otherwise, you can also ask for advice at an SBB ticket counter or by phone: 0041 (0) 848 44 66 88.
