Hallo und willkommen in der SBB Community. Was möchtest du tun?
Hello, my wife and I have renewed our half tariff travel cards at the Swiss Train office one month ago. But today the controller in the train told the card of my wife was invalid.
I checked online my account of Swiss Pass and two cards were certainly renewed but the holders' name registered both as my name ! We're now traveling with Half tariff tickets in a rural area there are not any office of SBB.
Very confused and scared how to explain tomorrow to another controller since today my wife was told to pay an additional price just because her card was considered “invalid” while I have two valid cards right.. It's clear that I don't need two my own cards of half tariff.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Please call the Swiss Federal Railways on
0848 44 66 88 (0.08 CHF / minute).
They will commande a new SwissPass for your wife and send you a link by SMS where she can upload a new photo of her.
If you really didn‘t have a SBB train station near your village, they can scan the transitional SwissPass in paper form and send it to her by email exceptionally. Attention: She has to go as soon as possible to pick the original transitional SwissPass with her customer number at a SBB train station.
It can takes 7-8 weeks when she will get the original new red SwissPass Card.
