Betreff: Half Fare Travelcard Expiry Date

Hello there,

I was trying everywhere from the mobile apps to the web login. I have difficulty finding my expiry of my half fare travelcard. This is really a surprise and this should be made easily available to the user. I have been fined one time because i have no idea that my travelcard has expired. Can you please advise where i can find this detail and in future, can your company makes this more transparent and accessible?
