Can I use an old Swisspass to my new account?

Due to a planned trip by train in Switzerland this autumn, I´m in need of a half fare ticket, my idea was to arrange everything before leaving for Switzerland.

I have an old Swisspass from 4(?) years ago, which was connected with an account on SBB. Since then I haven't needed to use my account and because of time things have changed. At the time I had an email address that is no longer in use, because of that i have now created a new account on SBB. Unfortunately, it seems like I am unable to link my old Swisspass with my new account on the website. Is there any solution to my dilemma, or do I have to order a new Swisspass before I can buy a half fare ticket?

Please call our Contact Center in order to check whether your SwissPass card is still valid and your account is still active or not.
