On September 7, I purchased two tickets from Interlaken, Switzerland to Milan, Rome, as a non-member.

However, the reservation completion screen did not appear, and the reservation ticket did not come by e-mail.

However, the current ticket has been paid. Please check and send the reservation ticket to this email.XXX

If you can't send me a ticket, I ask for a refund. (I wonder if it's possible without a refund fee.)
