I grew up in Ticino but have always had a strong connection to the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Even as a student, the railways were a constant presence in my life. Contact with customers has always been particularly important for me and played a central role in my work as a Project Manager and Sales & Account Manager. In my current role as a Customer Success Manager, I am responsible for the interface between SBB and our customers. My role is to ensure that customers can get as much benefit as possible from the products and services that we offer.

Having grown up in the heart of Valais, train travel has been a part of my life from an early age. As a student too, and right up to today, the trains have been reliable companions that have helped me to discover the diversity of Switzerland. Since joining SBB, I have been able to add value for customers in many different ways. Recently, I have fully focused my efforts on the SBB Community, where the aim is to provide customers with a digital contact point for their questions and concerns related to rail travel.

I have been bitten incurably by the railway bug. As a young boy, first I ran away from the puffing steam locomotives and later I ran after them. My journey began about 25 years ago: I sold tickets at the first station, then I was a customer adviser, after that I looked after the sbb.ch website for a decade, and in 2012 I set the course for social media. Next stop, SBB Community! :)

Dort gibt es einen First und Second Level Support zu den elektronischen Verkaufskanälen, der zu vielen Problemen eine Antwort hat:). Alles was die Kollegen dort nicht lösen können, kommt dann direkt zu uns von SBB Mobile.
